Block Booking When Subscription Fails

Block booking with the subscription when the subscription fails

Enable Unpaid Reservation Resolver

Select this if you would like arketa to automatically resolve unpaid reservations.

โ€‹Additional settings:
*Charge Payment Method on File: If there is no subscription on file to resolve the payment, then the client will be charged for the price of a drop-in

*Cancel Unresolvable Reservations: If there isn't an active subscription AND the payment has failed, then the client will be canceled from the class.

Enable Book for a Guest

If you would like clients to book for their friends. By checking this box your clients will be able to purchase a drop-in for guests. Please update each of your packages/subscriptions to allow clients to use these pricing options for guests! See this page for more information on Book for a Guest!

Client Records

Check this box if you would like to keep track of your clients' records.

Enable Client Check-In

This will enable various check-in methods within your dashboard for clients

Enable Time Clock

This will require all hourly employees to manually clock in when they start their shift and clock out when they complete their shift. See this page on more information for time clocking!

Enable new version of transactional emails

Email communications that you can edit and customize to clients! See this page on more about the Transactional emails

Enable one-click unsubscribe for transactional emails

This option will add a one-click unsubscribe link to all transactional emails sent to clients.

Disable Confirmation Emails (Group Classes)

Disable receiving a notification for each booking. Clients will still be notified.

Disable Confirmation Emails (Appointment Booking)

Disable receiving a notification for each booking. Clients will still be notified.

Disable Confirmation Emails (Purchases)

Disable receiving a notification for each purchase. Clients will still be notified.

Enable signed liability waiver

This will require clients to e-sign a liability waiver before booking. By disabling this clients will not have to sign, but rather will only have to click a checkbox.

Enable multiple credits required for booking

This allows you to set a specific number of credits required for booking classes, appointments, and events. When enabled, you can choose how many credits are needed for each type of booking. See this page on credit allotments for classes!

Timezone Display

This option will show session times in the local timezone, including the timezone abbreviation.

Enable Auto Check-In from Email

Automatically check in clients when they click the livestream link in the confirmation email within 30 minutes before or after the class start time.

Show Spots Remaining

When enabled, the 'spots remaining' information will be shown on the class checkout experience for the client.

Show Room Name to Clients

When enabled, clients will see the name of the room after booking a class, helping them know where to go in your location.

Pay with account

When enabled, clients can choose to pay with their account balance at checkout. This option is not available for subscriptions and may result in a negative balance to the account, which can be paid off later. See this page on Pay with account credit for more information!
