You can let clients book classes for friends or loved ones through Arketa 🥰
Setting up "Buy for a Guest"
First, you must turn on the the option to allow clients to book for friends and you can do this through Settings > Business Settings. This will enable "Drop-ins" to be purchased for a guest
To allow clients to use packages & subscriptions, please visit Pricing Options.
Click on the three dots, then Edit
Scroll down to Advanced Access Settings and select "Allow Guest Usage"
Click Save Changes & Make Active
Client view - booking through the mobile app:
Clients will see the option to book for themselves or a guest:
If they are booking for a new client, then an account will be automatically created for them in Arketa!
Client view - booking through the Widget

Studio view - point of Sale in Arketa:
Click on "New Sale"
Enter the client that will pay for a friend 🥳 then, click on the + Icon
Add the client (↪paying for) then it will look like this:

When you're in the class, go to Add New Client in the top right
Select the client that will pay for a friend
Enter the payment details and you will add the friend on the next screen below:
Then you will enter in the friend's name and you can always add more items:
Guest Bookings: modifications or cancelations
Once a client books a guest, then the guest's information will be added to your client list!
The reservation will be available in the guest's new account so they can manage it by logging in with their email
