From the class check-in screen, you can tap the green check circle located to the left of the client’s name to check them into class.
Calendar View
To check clients in using the new calendar view:
Locate the green check circle to the left of the client’s name.
Click the circle to mark the client as checked in.
To reverse check in tap on green icon again. Hover over the green circle to view additional options, such as canceling a check-in.
Arketa recently updated its user interface, which may have changed the location or appearance of the check-in icons. The green checkmark or circle remains the primary method for checking in clients across all screens.
Class Roster Screen
For instructors managing the class roster:
On the updated roster screen, click the circle to the left of the client’s name to check them in.
Hover over the circle to view additional options, such as canceling a check-in.
Arketa Branded App
Clients using the Arketa branded app can check into classes as follows:
Open the booking in the app.
Tap the Check In button on either the booking confirmation screen or the class detail screen.
Note: The home screen check-in button is for Kisi door access and does not register class attendance.
Pro tip 💡 You can click on the arrows in a class to view previous or future classes - either in the same day or you can click on the Calendar link to change the date! 😊
