The client check-in screen is a convenient tool designed for use on iPads and computers, allowing clients to check themselves into class as they enter the studio. It displays a list of classes for the current day, making it easy for clients to find and check into their scheduled sessions.

How do I set up the Client Check-In Screen?

  1. Find the Link: Go to Sales Channels => Website Integration, scroll down to "Check In Screen" Tap "Open Link" and put into any browser

  2. Load the Page: Open the check-in screen page on an iPad or computer.

  3. Display Classes: The page will automatically show a list of today's classes (there is no option to view classes from other days).

  4. Select a Class: Tap on the class you want to check into.

  5. Check-In Clients: The screen will display a list of clients with their first initial and last name, sorted by last name. Non-checked-in reservations appear at the top, while checked-in reservations appear at the bottom. Clients simply click the "Check In" button next to their name to check in.

What happens if a client has an unpaid reservation?

If a client has an unpaid reservation, the system will show an error alert asking them to check in with the front desk. They will not be able to check in until the reservation is paid.

How can I reverse a check-in?

If you need to reverse a check-in:

  1. Tap the check mark next to the client's name in the checked-in section.

  2. Confirm the dialogue that asks, "Are you sure?"

  3. The check-in will be reversed, and the reservation will move back to the non-checked-in section.

Q: Can I view classes for days other than today?
A: No, the check-in screen only displays classes scheduled for the current day.

Q: Can clients see their full names on the check-in screen?
A: No, the screen displays clients' first initial and last name for privacy.
