Clients can be either credited or debited for credits in your Arketa dashboard!

Credit(+): Giving funds to a client

Debit(-): Taking funds from a client

To credit or debit a client's account:

  1. Go to Clients > click on the client's name

  2. Scroll down to Credits and click on "+"

  3. From there, you can add or remove credits from a client's account:

How do client's see the credit on their account?

Clients will see Client Credit when they go to book a class. If they have available credit, they can select to have it applied to that purchase or deselect the option to not use the credit at that time:

How do I "resolve" a negative credit for a client?

If you have a client with a negative credit amount and you want to immediately charge them, then you can create and send them an invoice to resolve the payment.

If the client is on a subscription or pack that renews, then they will be billed for the amount of the package plus the negative credit amount.

For example, if a client renews monthly for a subscription for $40 and they have a negative credit of $10, then they would be billed for $50 total (subscription + negative credit).
