Ensure the client already has an account with you (you can search for them via your client list).
Have them reset their password here or via your website.
Once they receive the password, have them copy and paste the most recent password email into their internet browser.
Ensure they are searching their inbox for the following subject line.
Proceed back to your website to log in after the reset.

Unable to use the reset password link
Due to security purposes, our reset password link only lasts for an hour. Have the customer use a recent link and copy and paste it into their browser.

The password they are trying to use does not work
We recommend they use an easy-to-remember password that is not currently used or use sequential numbers (1234). If there is an error, we recommend trying a password that is easier to remember.
Every time I reset my password the new password does not work
If you have cookies or a password-building tool, there is a chance that your tool is pre-filling the password before you have a chance. Please disable this tool or proceed to log in incognito to ensure this is not the issue.
