What to tell your students when you transfer over!

Three Templates to Send to Clients when launching based on the type of transfer:

  1. Transfer clients with CC info (Stripe IDs)

  2. Transfer without CC info (transferring packages and subscriptions, but no Stripe IDs)

  3. NEW Customer w/out an account (not an active customer on the transfer list, but you still want to notify them about the update)

NOTE: please replace the bolded 'WIDGET' with your unique Arketa widget. This will ensure your clients are connected to your specific business.


1. Transition with Credit Card Transfer

Hey friends!

I'm transitioning the software to improve the booking & on-demand video experience on my website. If you currently have active packages + memberships, they have been migrated over to our new software👍

In order to get access to your account, you'll need to do the following:

1. Reset your password using your previous email here:
​https://app.arketa.co/WIDGET/forgotpass

(hint: use the email that you’re using to open this message)

2. Proceed to my website <insert your website URL here> to book a class using your email and new password.

All of your payment information has also been seamlessly moved over so there's nothing else you'll need to do on your end! Please let me know if you have any questions or issues! I'm excited for you to check out the new and improved experience.

2. Transition without Credit Card Transfer

Hey friends!

I'm transitioning software to improve the booking & on-demand video experience on my website. If you currently have active packages + memberships, they have been migrated over to our new software.

In order to get access to your account, you'll need to do the following.

1. Reset your password using your previous email (hint: the email you’re using to read this:) here: https://app.arketa.co/WIDGET/forgotpass

2. Proceed to my website <insert website> to book a class using your email and new password.

Note: If you are on a membership, it will expire on your next renewal date so you will need to update your credit card accordingly.
