If you don't have an account with that email address you typed in, you will see an error message asking you to sign up instead.
Logging into the studio you work for?
Instructors must use the email address associated with their Team Member profile to log in. Permissions assigned to this profile determine the level of access available.

Open the Arketa dashboard login page.
Click on the "Forgot Password" link.
Enter the email address associated with your instructor account.
Check your email for a password reset link and follow the instructions to create a new password. For best results, it is recommended to perform this process in a private or incognito browser tab to avoid any caching issues.If you do not receive the reset email, check your spam or junk folder.
