If you offer free classes or trial periods, clients may be granted access without payment during these promotional periods.

The team member offered the customer a promo code or booked them for free from the backend.

The subscription was paused with access to class while they are on pause.

The client's subscription has failed but has not yet been cancelled. While we are retrying the card 4 times, the customer will still have access.
