Arketa has taken AI to the next level, making it customizable for your embedded chat bot to have your studio questions answered in the moment, without additional staff needed!

Note: This feature is available with our Marketing Suite! If you're interested in learning more about this add-on, please reach out to our support team!

How to set up AI with the chat bot

  1. Ensure your custom chat is embedded in your website - see this page on the embeddable chat!

  2. Select "Enable AI" and type in a short description of your business under "Business description" to help the AI customize the tone then click "Save & Continue"

How to set up the FAQs for your bot

  1. Go to Settings > FAQs under Business Settings

  2. Click on "Add FAQ"

  3. Type the Question and Answer and

  4. Click Save

What actions can be taken by AI

Client's can:

  • Book a class

  • Send a note to the instructor of a booked class

  • Get information on studio (based on custom FAQs)

  • Schedule client into class

    • existing purchase does it in one flow

    • no purchases, redirect to checkout page

  • Find upcoming reservations

  • Cancel upcoming reservations

  • Cancel subscription (if it can be canceled online)

  • Buy new intro offers, subscriptions, packages

    • redirect clients to the payment page

What won’t it do:

  • it won’t take client payments or show payment history

  • it won’t cancel subscriptions that should not be canceled online

  • it won’t schedule private appointments

Where do I view the messages sent to clients

  1. Click on "View Message History" in the top, right corner

From this page, you can see the types of questions that client's are asking and tweak your FAQs to help address those questions! 😊

Common FAQs to add

You want to add question and answers that are specific to your studio - this can include equipment, parking, directions, client experience in your studio, and much more! The AI bot should pull information about your cancelation policy, booking windows, and more but if you wish to have specific answers to these questions, please use the FAQ feature!

  • Parking questions

    • Do you validate parking

    • Do you have a parking lot

    • Where do I park

  • Equipment questions

    • Do I need to bring my own mat

    • Do you supply towels

  • Client experience questions:

    • Do you offer showers or locker rooms

    • What shoes should I wear?

    • Can I bring my dog to your studio?
