Configuration
Primary color: change the color that the chat bot will show in and you use your brand colors π
Positioning: This is where your chat bot will appear on your website (top left, top right, bottom left, bottom right)
Animation delay: The amount of time that a client will be on your website before the chat bot pops up!
Border radius: The radius of the border - you can play around with the "shape" of the border
Custom Lifecycle Stage: A custom lifecycle stage. If not selected, it will follow the default lead stage as defined in settings (if applicable)
Custom Lead Source: Enter a custom lead source for this method of communication. If left blank, it will default to 'chatbot'.
Customizing your chat bubble
Bubble title: The message shown at the top of the chat widget
Suggestions:
"Welcome to our studio!"
"Contact us"
"How can we help?"
Welcome message: The first message that will appear to clients
Suggestions:
"Hi there! How we can we help today?"
"Hello π how can our amazing staff help today?"
"Hi! Send us your questions and our team will text you back shortly.
Success message: The text clients will see after they send a message. This is a good place to enter your turnaround time for answering inquiries.
Suggestions:
"Thank you for your message! We will get back to you in no time."
"Thanks for reaching out! We will reach out within 1 business day"
