How do I automate transitions for leads?

You can set up a lead to transition to different stages of the lifecycle automatically by following the steps below:

  1. Go to Lead Management > Setup > Lifestyle Settings > Transitions

  2. Click "+ Lifestyle Transition"

  • From stage: The stage the client would start in prior to transition

  • To stage: The stage you would like clients to go after the transition

  • Trigger: The action that is taken in order to move the client to the next stage (this is the transition)

    • For example, if you have a client in the Lead status (From stage) and you want them to move to Member (To stage) status if they buy a membership, then the trigger would be "Client purchased pricing option" and select the pricing option that moves them out of the Lead stage. 😊
