How do I create an automation from my lead form?

You can set up an automation in the Marketing Suite to take action on your behalf when potential clients complete forms!

Before creating the Automation, make sure you have your forms made by following this page! 😊

  1. To get started, go to Marketing > Automations > Create Automation > Create From Scratch

  2. Under the trigger "Start automation when" select "Form submitted"

  3. Select the form name that you would like to use a trigger

  4. Complete the set up - here are the step by step instructions on setting up an Automation!

  5. Optional: Set a goal to track success

  6. Click on "+" to add an action - email, SMS, Task, or Time Delay
