A workflow trigger automates the process of utilizing events to interact with clients or new clients 🤩

  1. New client added: A new client was added into your Arketa account

  2. Client purchased pricing option: Client completed check out and a pricing option was purchased (you can select which pricing options you want to use for this trigger)

  3. First class booked: When a client books their first class with you!

  4. Checked into first class: After a client checks into their first class

  5. Class booked: A class is booked in Arketa (you can select which classes you would like to track for this option)

  6. Milestone reached: A client has reached a Milestone with your business (you can enter in a number of classes that a client has taken for a milestone to be reached)

  7. Subscription canceled: A client canceled their subscription

  8. Added user tag: A tag was put on a client's account (you can select specific tags that you want to track for this option)

  9. Client has made no recent purchases: A client hasn't purchased anything in X amount of days (you can enter the amount the amount of days for this selection)

  10. Client has made no recent bookings: A client hasn't booked with your business in X amount of days (you can enter the amount the amount of days for this selection)

  11. Client has made no recent purchases or bookings: A client hasn't booked OR purchased with your business in X amount of days (you can enter the amount the amount of days for this selection)
