Package credits running low: A client's pack is running low on credits. You can select which packages and the amount of credits for the trigger!
Subscription canceled: A client canceled their subscription
Subscription expiring: The client's subscription will be expiring in X amount of days. You can enter the number of days that you would like to send out the reminder!
Package expiring: The client's package will be expiring in X amount of days. You can enter the number of days that you would like to send out the reminder!
Added user tag: A tag was put on a client's account (you can select specific tags that you want to track for this option)
Client has made no recent purchases: A client hasn't purchased anything in X amount of days (you can enter the amount the amount of days for this selection)
Client has made no recent bookings: A client hasn't booked with your business in X amount of days (you can enter the amount the amount of days for this selection)
Client has made no recent purchases or bookings: A client hasn't booked OR purchased with your business in X amount of days (you can enter the amount the amount of days for this selection)
One hour before milestone: A client is 1 hour away from hitting X milestone. This is a great way to celebrate clients that are hitting new milestones with your business!
