You can edit the client's milestones from their profile!
Go to Clients > search client name and click on their profile
Click the three dots under the client profile picture > Edit Client
Scroll to bottom of the pop up to "Original Milestone"
Edit milestone then click Save
Configuring Milestones for the Client Celebrations Dashboard
To customize which milestones appear in the Client Celebrations dashboard:
Navigate to Marketing > Achievements in Arketa.
Edit your achievements to include the specific milestones you want displayed (e.g., 25, 50, 100, 250).
Once configured, the dashboard will reflect these milestones. This allows you to tailor the dashboard to highlight the most relevant achievements for your clients.
Limitations on Manual Adjustments
While you can correct milestone counts, manual adjustment of clients’ class counts for achievements is not supported in Arketa. This limitation ensures consistency and accuracy in tracking achievements.
Note: When editing the milestone, keep in mind that this is the number of classes taken before joining Arketa -- contributes to the client's milestone. For example, use the formula: Desired total − Current count = Original milestone value. If a client shows a current count of 375 milestones and the desired total is 925, then you would add 550 to the "Original milestone" to ensure the displayed total is accurate..
