What is a milestone?
A milestone visit is defined by an actual check-in at any location associated with Arketa.
A reservation counts towards a milestone if the following conditions are true:
1) The client is checked in
2) The reservation is not deleted nor canceled
3) The class is not deleted nor canceled
Group classes (both in person and livestream) and events are counted towards group class attendance. Reservations for appointments don't count.
Private classes (both in person and livestream) are counted toward private class attendance.
What if I don't check my clients in?
We recommending checking clients into class as a best practice to understand attendance and class counts?
We are building out a setting to "automatically mark" all bookings for milestones in the future to make this more configurable.
Where can I find client milestones?
You can find the number of classes or appointments your client has taken as an icon in the class check in screen.
