What is timelines?

Timelines are an a clear way to see the SMS and email communication that are sent to a client.

Where do I access client timelines?

  1. Customers tab > Clients

  2. Click on a client name > Timeline

Notes located in the client profile in the top header under "Notes":

Client Check In notes (on the right hand side of the profile) are not included in the Timeline

When does the timeline start?

The timeline starts as soon as the client is signed up in arekta and receives their first SMS or email communication

Email Status

Description

Sent

The message was successfully sent and is on its way to the recipient's inbox.

Rendering Failure

The message couldn't be sent because there was an issue with the email content, such as missing or incorrect information.

Rejected

The message was blocked because it contained potentially harmful content, like a virus.

Delivered

The message was successfully delivered to the recipient's inbox.

Bounced

The message couldn't be delivered because the recipient's email address is invalid or their mail server rejected it.

Complained

The message was delivered, but the recipient marked it as spam.

Delivery Delayed

The message couldn't be delivered immediately due to temporary issues, such as the recipient's inbox being full or their mail server being unavailable.

Unsubscribed

The recipient updated their email preferences to stop receiving similar messages.

Opened

The recipient opened the email.

Clicked

The recipient clicked a link in the email.
