How to look at details of a Broadcast

You can see a lot of great information for a Broadcast that is sent through Arketa.

How to view details of a Broadcast:

  1. Go to Broadcasts and click on the live Broadcast that you want to review

  2. You will see two tabs:

    1. Overview: See email preview, action type (email or push notification), subject, and date sent

    2. Recipients: List of clients, date sent, email address, and status of each recipient's email/push notification

Note: The details will only appear for live Broadcasts and it will show the status for each recipient 😊


Frequently asked questions

What does each recipient status mean?

  • Opened - The recipient opened the email

  • Delivered - The email was delivered to the recipient

  • Sent - The email was sent to the recipient

  • Bounced - The email bounced back

How do I view the overall status of my Broadcast?

You will see the total Sent, Opened, Clicked and Converted status listed next to each Broadcast.

  • Sent: The message was sent to the client but they have not seen it

  • Opened: The message was clicked on and opened by the client

  • Clicked: A element of the notification was clicked on

  • Converted: A purchase was made! πŸ₯³

Clients will show the current status of the email. For example, clients will be listed as "delivered" then when they open it they will move to "Opened" and no longer be listed as "delivered" because they have moved onto the next phase of the process.
