How can I see how well my Automation performed

To look at the success of an Automation, click into Marketing > Automation to see the list of created automations. From this screen, you can see if the text/email was delivered, opened, or clicked!

What does "delivered" mean?

The email or text was successfully sent to the client's phone number📱or e-mail 📧 on their client profile

What does "opened" mean?

The client viewed the text or email 👀

What does "clicked" mean?

The client clicked on a link in the text or email - woohoo! 🎉

Why is my Workflow not showing delivered, opened or clicked rates?

The number of delivered, opened or clicked interactions won’t show up if you set up a Workflow with a Time Delay or Task
