By default, arketa adds two tags
Platform Subscriber
Canceled Platform Subscriber
These tags are only added once your first subscriber has purchased/cancelled. We recommend adding these tags before launching so that you can build custom automations with these tags.
2. Set up an automation for when the client is tagged
Click the Automations icon.
βClick Classic Automations.
βClick on Email subscribers when they're tagged
4. Name the campaign and click begin
5. Click on Edit next to the first line Trigger to update when the email is sent out
6. Choose the Delay and Settings and Update Trigger
Delay = Time period between trigger (when action happens) and when email is sent out
Settings = Which tag will trigger the email. Note the tag here should be the name of the package, membership intro offer or arketa's preset tags: Platform Subscription / Canceled Platform Subscription.

The action above means that an email will be sent out 2 days after a client has purchased the 7 day free trial.
The action above means that an email will be sent out 2 days after a client has canceled any of your membership options.
7. Design email and set it live.
Feel free to test the entire flow end to end by purchasing your own package and make sure you receive the correct email.
