Accessing Transactional Emails
To get started, make sure you have the Transactional Emails turned on your account. To do this, go to Settings > General Business Settings, then toggle on " Enable new version of transactional emails"
After you toggle on this option, you can go to Transactional Emails, through Settings > Transaction emails under Communications π
Invoice Payment Failed email
The "Invoice Payment Failed" email is a great way to get notified if a client's payment failed for a subscription. If a client's payment fails, then you will be notified once the payment fails, so you can retry the card in the clients profile or reach out to them for next steps.
As always, you can look at any payment details under the report Failed Payments for any failed payments for clients, that also include one-time payments.
You can enable or disable this email under Settings > Transactional Emails
