Column | Description |
Student name | Name of the client that was entered in Arketa |
Student email | Email associated with the client |
Class name | Name of the class that the client late canceled or no-showed for |
Class time | Time of the class |
Status | The status of the late cancel/no show fee being applied and lets you know when the fee occurred |
Reservation type | How the client booked the class - subscription, pack, challenge - with the name of the pricing option |
State | This shows whether or not the client has been charged the fee |

Action | What does it do |
"$" - charge client | Charge the client the fee for a late cancel/no-show based on your businesses policy |
"x" - waive fee | Waive the fee that is charged for a late cancel/no-show |
Exporting report
You can export this report by going to the report and selecting "Export CSV" and you will see the report downloaded to your desk top!
