  2. Tap on the action below to cancel, delete, or late cancel the client

How to cancel reservation

  1. Select ... next to the client

  2. Select cancel reservation

  3. Select to cancel the client with or without a refund

  4. Select Cancel Reservation

Your client will receive an email confirming their reservation has been cancelled

How to delete reservation

  1. Select ... next to the client

  2. Select delete reservation

  3. Select Yes, I'm sure

Your client will not receive an email of this deletion and this action cannot be undone.

How to late cancel reservation

  1. Select ... next to the client

  2. Select late cancel reservation

  3. Select Yes, I'm sure

Your client will be added to the late cancel no show list. If you have automatic penalty charging they will be subject to the automatic charges.

How to mark a client as a no show

By not checking in your client to class, they are automatically tracked as a no show.
