  1. Go to "Customers Clients" or "#K Search clients"

2. Go to Reservations tab. From this tab you can take the following actions

  • Update payment method (great for resolving unpaid reservations"

  • Cancel reservation

  • Late cancel reservation

  • Delete reservation (please note this can not be restored)

  • Modify reservation

  • Add session note
