What is the Client View?

A way to view groups of customers in real time for targeted outreach

  • Custom outreach to filtered lists

  • Drop lists into workflows/automations

  • See group size counts

How to set up Client View

Go to Customers > Client View

  1. Select the filters that you want to see clients for (you can also use Advanced Filters to add conditions and narrow your search even more!)

    1. If you use the conditions and want to do a multi-select in filter for all filters, select is any of and don't select any filters.

  2. Select the Columns you want to show in the report - if you add more columns than can show on the screen, you'll be able to side-scroll to the right.

  3. Click "Save" and name the Client View

Key functionalities

  • Create custom views with advanced filtering

  • Preview customer profiles before outreach

  • Update fields directly in view without going directly to the client's profile(check-in notes, tags, change life cycle stage and much more - example below)

  • Filter by lifecycle stage, purchase history, reservation behavior

  • Enroll entire filtered groups into automations

  1. Lead management: leads who aren’t members and you want to reach out to them to convert them

  2. Member retention: members who haven’t booked classes

  3. Upselling: members without personal training who do Pilates
