Quick Replies

Set up and send pre-built responses in a single click β€” ideal for FAQs, confirmations, or common client questions. Quick replies used through the Inbox will sent via text to the client.

There are two ways to add a Quick Reply:

  1. Go to Inbox, click into a thread, select the ⚑️ icon and select "+":

  2. Settings > Communications > Quick Replies > Add Quick Reply
