  1. Go to instructor profile

  2. Go to tab "Pay Rates"

  3. Find class type and update a pay-rate for the specific class type

Understanding your Payroll Report

Column Name

Description

Participant Markup (Basic)

"Bonus per sign up" as told in the Pay rate setup form. this is just a simple "how much money the instructor makes for each sign up"

Participant Markup (Incremental)

"Range - Bonus per sign up" as told in the pay rate setup form. This is way to do a fancier "pay per head" where the more students you have, you can change the pay per head rate

Participant Markup (Single Bonus)

"Range - Single Bonus" as told in the pay rate setup form.

Revenue

How much money was made on the class -- this is the revenue amount used to calculate the revenue share. This inludes all drop in + package bookings, but not subscription bookings. we do not calculate the amount of money made from subscripiton bookings in this number

Revenue Share (Basic)

"Base percentage" from revenue sharing

Revenue Share (Incremental)

"Range bonus" from revenue sharing

Unadjusted Payout

How much the instructor would make would takes into account the "base rate" and all the above fields

Deficiency

If the unadjusted payout is below the miniumum payout limit, then this number is positive and gets added to the unadjusted payout to create "adjusted payout"

Excess

If the unadjusted payout is above the maximium payout limit, then this number is negative and gets added tot the unadjusted payout to create "adjusted payout"

Adjusted Payout

The final payout for the instructor for this one particular class
