You can now build specific email templates based on the class type. This is great if you'd like to send a different confirmation for Yoga Nidra than you'd like to send for a Personal Training session.
Note: Editing a confirmation email will impact all previously scheduled classes built with this template. If confirmation emails are not displaying correctly, reset the template to default and reapply the necessary changes to resolve the issue.
Find the confirmation email you'd like to edit and click edit
Use handlebars like
{{classEmailConfirmation}}to dynamically include class-specific details in your email templates. Avoid editing these tokens directly to prevent functionality issues.
Edit body and click "Save changes"
After saving, send yourself a test email to verify the formatting and content. You can also create a test client account to review the email from the client’s perspective.
Can I have the same email confirmation for all classes?
Yes! By default all of your class confirmation emails will pull from "Settings --> Business Settings" (scroll to the bottom)
