Updated over 6 months ago

A custom billing interval provides you with greater flexibility beyond standard monthly or annual cycles. This feature enables you to set up unique billing frequencies, such as every 28 days or any other preferred duration.

Within this setting, you have the autonomy to determine the frequency of billing for your membership. The available intervals include week, month, quarter, half-year, and year, allowing you to tailor the billing cycle according to your specific business needs.

  1. Go to Setup --> Pricing Options

  2. Add or edit a pricing option

  3. Go to Type of Subscription --> Bill the client every

  4. Select billing interval

And lastly, billing every 28 days (i.e 4 weeks)

Hot tip ๐Ÿ’ก: Billing every 28 days can be strategically advantageous for maximizing revenue. While monthly billing typically results in 12 payments per year, billing every 28 days allows for approximately 13 billing cycles within a year. This means that over the course of a year, you could potentially capture an additional billing cycle, resulting in increased revenue for your software business.
