Arketa provides flexible options for sending email broadcasts, allowing you to either send them immediately or schedule them for a later time. This guide explains how to use these features effectively.
Sending an Email Broadcast Immediately
If you want to send your broadcast right away, follow these steps:
Open the broadcast you want to send.
Look for the Send Immediately or Send Broadcast button. Click it to send the email instantly.
If the immediate send option is not visible, try refreshing the page by navigating out of the broadcast and back into it. This should make the option appear.
Scheduling an Email Broadcast
To schedule an email broadcast for a specific date and time, follow these steps:
Begin creating your broadcast in Arketa.
Navigate to the Scheduling Options section, typically found on the fourth tab of the broadcast setup process.
Select the desired date and time for the email to be sent. For example, you can schedule it to be sent 1 day before an event.
Confirm your settings on the final review page before saving or sending.
Additional Notes on Segments and Broadcasts
If you are using a newly created segment as your recipient list, allow some time for the segment to appear in the broadcast setup.
