How to set up a Buy Page
Select "Add new"
Add in the following information and click "Create Buy Page"
A new section will pop up to enter details:
Add a Category: Name the categories of the Buy Page (this would be what a client would see)
Select "+" next to the Category: to add in the Pricing Options that should show under that category.
Example:
Once you have your categories and pricing options selected, hit "Update Buy Page" đ„ł
Hiding Pricing Options
To hide pricing options from client-facing pages, follow these steps:
Navigate to Setup â Pricing Options in your Arketa dashboard.
Open the pricing option you want to hide.
Use the "Hide" control to set the option to hidden. Repeat this process for each pricing option you want to remove from visibility. Hidden pricing options will no longer appear on client-facing pages, such as membership or booking pages. However, they will remain accessible in the Point of Sale (POS) system for internal use.
Restricting Access to Pricing Options
If you want to restrict access to specific pricing options, such as a community membership, you can use a custom buy page:
Create a Custom Buy Page for the pricing option.
Share the checkout link only with approved buyers.
Ensure at least one public pricing option remains visible if the platform requires it for the page to render. This approach allows you to control who can see and purchase the offer without listing it broadly in standard pricing options.
POS Availability of Hidden Options
Even when pricing options are hidden from client-facing pages, they remain accessible in the POS system. This ensures that your team can still process purchases for hidden plans internally.
