What it shows:

These sections will populate once clients are booking or attending classes/appointments. They will show:

What you’ll see:
This chart will show which specific pricing options are generating revenue — e.g., Drop-in, 10-Class Pack, or Monthly Membership. This allows you to compare the popularity and performance of each.

Once clients begin attending classes or appointments, this section will display:

The Intro Offers Dashboard helps you track how well your intro packs are performing and how they convert into long-term memberships or packages. Here’s what each chart means.
1. Total Sold / Total Converted / Total Amount Earned / Conversion Rate
What it shows:
Total Sold – How many intro offers were purchased in the date range.
Total Converted – How many of those clients purchased another pricing option after using the intro offer.
Total Amount Earned – Revenue generated from intro offers.
Conversion Rate – The percentage of intro buyers who became paying clients.
Why it matters:
Quick snapshot of how effective your intro offers are at bringing in and retaining new clients.
2. Intro Offer Sales (Bar Chart)
What it shows:
Sales volume of each intro offer over time. Each bar represents how many were sold on that date.
Why it matters:
See when intro offers are most popular and spot trends across days/weeks.
3. Top Intro Offers
What it shows:
A ranked list of the intro offers sold, including:
Total Sales (dollar value)
Units Sold (count)
Total Converted (how many converted to another option)

The Leads & Customers Dashboard helps you track new client acquisition, repeat visits, and overall active membership. Here’s what each chart means.
1. Total First Visits
What it shows:
The number of clients who visited your business for the first time during the selected date range.
Why it matters:
Measures how well your marketing and outreach are driving new people into your studio.
2. Total Subsequent Visits
What it shows:
The number of return visits from clients who already had their first visit.
Why it matters:
Shows whether new clients are coming back after their initial experience — an early sign of retention.
3. Active Members
What it shows:
The total number of clients with an active membership at the moment.
Why it matters:
A key snapshot of your current engaged member base.
4. New Leads Over Time (Bar Chart)
What it shows:

The total amount of penalty fees charged within the selected date range (e.g., late cancels or no-shows).

What it shows:
