Enabling the integration

To enable the integration in Arketa’s dashboard, you need to:

  1. Go Into the settings page

  2. Click on “Integrations”

  3. Look for Wellhub integration and click on “Enable” and then on “Open Wellhub Settings”

If you only have a single product in Wellhub and want to assign it to all of your classes:

  • Leave “Show advanced settings” unchecked

  • Look for the location that you want to enable it for, type your Gym ID (provided by Wellhub) and then select the product that you want to use for your classes.

  • After a couple of minutes, your classes will start showing up on Wellhub's platform!

If you want to use different products for your different classes:

  • Check “Show advanced settings”

  • Look for the location that you want to enable it for, type your Gym ID (provided by Wellhub) and then all of your different classes will appear.

  • Assign your Wellhub products to your classes.

  • After a couple of minutes, your classes will start showing up on Wellhub's platform.

Create a class slot in Wellhub

After setting up your Wellhub integration and pricings:

  1. Go to the class schedule and click on Add new > New class

  2. Select one of the classes that were previously setup with Wellhub

  • Continue with the steps for creating the class and save it.

  • After 5 minutes, the class will be synchronized with Wellhub.

When making a reservation in Arketa through Wellhub, you’ll be able to identify them on the class check-in screen by the “From Wellhub” tag

You can also identify if they are first timers by the Star tag ⭐️

Wellhub double bookings

Creating a reservation through Arketa and then trying to book another reservation through Wellhub using the same email will result in an error indicating that the user is already booked in that class.

If there are any errors from Wellhub, you’ll be able to see them under the “Info” tag
