ClassPass and Arketa
ClassPass is a marketplace where new clients can discover your business and book last-minute fitness and wellness experiences. ClassPass can help you find new customers for your in-person classes.
How to connect the integration
Go to settings --> integrations and tap Enable Classpass
Reach out to ClassPass team with your ClassPass ID
Once you have enabled the ClassPass integration and have your integration IDs, submit those to the ClassPass Team.
Current ClassPass Partners: Log on to your Partner Dashboard, select Support and Contact Us. Fill out the form provided and select ‘I need help with my third-party schedule integrator’. Provide as much detail as possible and the ClassPass Support team will assist you in completing the integration
Onboarding ClassPass Partners: Provide your integration IDs in the form sent in your onboarding emails or email your information to launch@classpass.com The Onboarding Team will complete your integration prior to your page going live on ClassPass.

Note: ClassPass is only available to those with our studio at this time due to the fact that ClassPass requires a physical studio location. If you would like to be added and are not on our studio tier, please send us a live chat and we'll find some options for you :)
💡 Please note ClassPass takes 24 hours to sync and will be un-usable while the two platforms as syncing. Therefore, we recommend you connect the two on a day that is least busy. This is due to Classpass' technology and we do not have control of their system. Therefore, we recommend if you have any questions or issues with this to reach out directly to the team.

ClassPass connects with Arketa to sync your schedule and class spots so you can see it all in one place.
Arketa automatically pushes your schedule and open spots to ClassPass
When someone books on ClassPass, the ClassPass user is automatically added to the roster in Arketa
New customers who discover you on ClassPass can book the spot, without needing to switch over to your website or call you to book.
ClassPass SmartTools open up the right spots at the best possible price to make you the most money without adding more work for you.
Notes about the integration
Payments:
ClassPass does not integrate with Arketa Payments. All payments for services sold on ClassPass are settled directly with ClassPass. Learn more about how you get paid with ClassPass here.
Do not collect customer payments for ClassPass booking as the customer will be charged twice.
Bookings made through ClassPass will appear as $0.00 and unpaid in Arketa
You will receive payouts from ClassPass for all ClassPass reservations through a third-party provider, Tipalti. Tipalti is a service that ClassPass uses to pay businesses at no cost to you.
Customer Communications
When a booking is made with ClassPass, customer data is not shared with Arketa. ClassPass sends automatic reminders on your behalf.
Pricing
You will never be asked to pay ClassPass but they will choose how much to pay you per spot and it will be discounted from your normal rate. It’s free to list your business on the platform.
