The Attendance Analysis report is a great way for sorting and analyzing data based on attendance in your studio!
Columns
Column | Description |
Total Visits | Total number of visits |
Total Clients | The number of clients in a type of class |
% of total clients | The percentage of clients that go to that type of class |
Experience type | Type of experience (class, appointment, etc.) |
Report Settings
Parameter | Description | Fields |
Pivot field | You can look at the different types of data that you would like to filter | Experience type (class, appointment, etc), day of the week, start time, package, client, or day & time |
Dates | Dates that you wish to view the information | Today, last 7 days, last 4 weeks, last 3 months, last 12 months, month-to-date, year-to-date, all time, or enter a custom timeframe |
Total visits | Seeing the total number of visits based on a specific value | Filters such as "greater than," "less than," and "equal to" and more! For example: You can see an analysis based on attendance that is greater than 5 classes. |
Total clients | Seeing the total number of clients that have attended class, appointment, etc based on a specific value | Filters such as "greater than," "less than," and "equal to" and more! For example: You can see the analysis based on more than 5 clients in a class. |
