How to set up a goal

Creating a goal helps you measure Workflow success clearly. It lets you see how effective your efforts are by defining what you want clients to do and helps you improve campaigns for better outcomes.

  1. Click into Marketing > Automation

  2. Select "+ New Workflow"

  3. Add a Trigger - you can always change this later in the Builder step, if you change your mind!

  4. Set goal

    1. A client books: Monitoring how the Workflow leads clients to schedule a class or event

    2. A client purchases: Monitoring how a Workflow guides clients to purchase a package or subscription.

  5. Click "Save & Continue" to build out the rest of the Workflow!

If you need to edit a goal for an active Automation, click on the Pencil in the three dots under Actions. You can also see more about editing Automations here. ✨
