How to retry credit card after failure

  1. Go into client profile

  2. Tap into Payments tab

  3. Find invoice with payment failure

  4. Tap on "Charge customer"

You can also tap on "Send invoice" to email the customer a payment link to add a new card.

Why did my payment fail?

  1. Go to client profile

  2. Tap on payments tab and then into a payment

  3. View details under "Timeline"
