Refund Policy

arketa is a software as a service company (SaaS) that bills on a month to month or annual subscription.

The first charge is issued on the first day of the subscription unless otherwise communicated by a trial period. Arketa has a no refund policy. Therefore, refunds will not be issued after a customer ends the trial period.

You may submit a refund request via live chat. Applying for a refund does not guarantee a refund. We have the right to review all requests and make the final decision in regard to the charge.

If you do decide to apply for a refund, please provide any of the following information below that might help us make a decision.

  • Documentation or photo evidence of communication canceling prior to the charge

  • Extraneous circumstances
