How do I refund a customer?

Learn how to give a customer a full or partial refund

Full refunds can be done directly from your arketa dashboard:

From the reports tab:

  1. Tap on Client profile

  2. Search for the client by name or email

  3. Find the payment under the section "payments"

  4. Click "Refund"

Partial refunds can be processed from the Stripe dashboard:

  1. Search for the payment or customer from the search bar or payments tab

  2. Select refund

  3. Enter the total amount you'd like to refund you can skip the reason if you'd like!

  4. Click "Refund"

How long do refunds take to process in Stripe?
