Group Messaging lets you send messages to multiple clients at once from your Business App or Dashboard inbox. The Inbox in your dashboard mirrors the Business App, so the feature works the same in both places.
Group message in dashboard:
Go to Inbox > "+" > click on New Group Chat:
Next, add in participants, add a fun photo and change chat name:

Group messaging in Business App:
The inbox in your Dashboard mirrors the Business App, so the feature works the same in both places.
Group Messaging is only available in the Business App and custom mobile app (for clients). Only the business can create and manage groups!
