What is Arketa Rewind?

Arketa Rewind is a mobile-first recap experience that lets clients look back on their recent activity with your business. It highlights checked-in reservations and gives clients a simple, shareable summary directly in the Arketa mobile app.

Note: Arketa Rewind is best suited for group class–based businesses (in-person or virtual, like Zoom). On-demand video views are only included if clients are checked in to those videos.


Instructor View

How do I access Arketa Rewind as an instructor?

  1. Log in to the Arketa dashboard using your instructor login.

  2. After logging in, you will see a banner introducing Arketa Rewind. Click the banner

  3. Dismissing the banner 3 times will make it go away forever

  4. The banner will disappear after Dec 28 2025.

How do I navigate through Arketa Rewind in the dashboard?

  • Click on the right side of the page to move to the next screen.

  • Click on the left side of the page to go back to the previous screen.

How do I enable Arketa Rewind for my clients?

  1. From the dashboard, go to Mobile App Setup.

  2. Find the section for Arketa Rewind.

  3. Enable Arketa Rewind for your mobile app.

Can I customize the look of Arketa Rewind?

Yes. In Mobile App Setup, you can:

  • Upload a custom image that will appear in the Arketa Rewind experience for your clients.


Client View

Where can clients find Arketa Rewind?

  • Arketa Rewind is available only in the Arketa mobile app.

  • There is no web version.

  • Clients must have the mobile app installed to access it.

How do clients open Arketa Rewind?

  1. Log in to the Branded mobile app.

  2. Tap on Arketa Rewind.

  3. This opens a modal displaying the Rewind experience.

How do clients navigate through Arketa Rewind?

  • Tap on the right side of the screen to go to the next page.

  • Tap on the left side of the screen to go back to the previous page.

How can clients share their Arketa Rewind?

  • To share, clients should take a screenshot of their screen.

  • The screenshot can then be shared on social media or with friends.

Why don’t some clients see Arketa Rewind?

Clients will only see Arketa Rewind in the mobile app if:

  • You have enabled Arketa Rewind in Mobile App Setup.

Is Arketa Rewind designed for on-demand video businesses?

Not primarily.

  • Arketa Rewind works best for group class businesses (in-person or virtual).

  • On-demand–only businesses will see limited value unless they check users into videos.
