Block bookings from being canceled by a client

You can block clients from canceling their own reservations by setting specific booking windows settings! This is especially useful if you'd prefer clients to call or message you directly to cancel, rather than relying on automated timeframes. It’s a great option for appointments, solo sessions, or any bookings that require a bit more control.

To set this up, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Settings > Booking Windows

  2. Click "edit" next to the Booking Window you would like to block cancelations for

  3. Select the box under "Block cancel" and click "Save"

Moving forward, clients would be required to reach out to the business if they wish to cancel their reservation, associated with that booking window.
