Client Timeline History

What is the Client Timeline and what does it display?

Updated this week

The Client Timeline is a dedicated section in Arketa that helps you keep track of every interaction with your clients—from reservations and payments to email and SMS communications. It offers a clear, chronological view of all activities related to a client so you can better understand and manage your relationships.
