When do clients receive a notification to turn on push notifications?

Clients will receive a pop up on their mobile device to turn on push notifications when they take the following action(s):

  • After a client book's class

  • After a client book's an appointment

  • When a client click's into the community bulletin board

Client can manually turn on push notifications through their mobile app by following these steps:

  1. Click on profile picture

  2. Go to Communication Settings

  3. Toggle on "All notifications" under Push Notifications
