Adding additional add on products before or after client check out

Add-on for services prior to check-out

You can add additional items to be shown at check out for clients to add to a service/appointment when booking.

Note: This feature is available on the web. Coming soon to the custom mobile app!

Adding an item

Add-ons are designed to extend the duration of a service/appointment/session and/or adjust the price your client will be charged.

  1. Go to Setup > Service Types > Session/Appointment/Private

  2. Click on Manage Add Ons and select Add New

  3. Fill in the following information:

  4. Click "Save"

Right now, retail items are not tracked within the retail inventory and add-ons will not check the availability or block availability for another room.

How to add an item to a client's account after appointment/service is booked

Once appointment is added, then add-on cannot be added to the reservation. In this instance, you can:

  • Retail item: Sell the individual retail product to the client through the POS.

  • Additional service: Add a service type for the add on service - IE: 10 minute hot stone service.

How to select items to be presented post check-out in the Mobile App

You can select items in Retail to present to clients as an add-on product. This is a great way to present additional retail items to clients after check out such as water bottles, swag, yoga mat or so much more!

  1. Go to Beyond Classes > Retail Items

  2. Select a retail item that you would like to show after check out

  3. On the right-hand side, select "Add-on purchase" and "On your website"

  4. Click "Save Product"

Next, go to:

  1. Sales Channel > Mobile App

  2. Ensure the "Shop" tab is turned on then click Save:

How do clients see "add-on" products after check out in the mobile app?

Once a client books, they will be presented with the an additional screen "Buy an add-on"


Clients will be presented with all "add-ons" and also be able to select retail from other categories:


Once a client adds a new product, then they will click into the Cart and check out:

Note: You can select if you want items available for pick up, shipped or both options by going to Sales Channel > Website Integration > "Online Shop" selecting Pick Up Enabled, Delivery Enable or select BOTH!
