You can now edit the name, phone number, birthday and client notest

Customer accounts are automatically created when a customer logs in on your website.

You can view and manage clients --> client list.

Tap on edit

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Email

  • Phone Number

  • Birthday

  • Check-In Notes

What if my customer has duplicate accounts. Can I merge them?

There is a chance that your customer might make two accounts using different emails. If you think this is the case, send us a live chat so that we can merge the two.

Can I edit custom form fields in the client profile for my customers?

Not just yet, but we're working on it!

Can I add a customer on my end?

Yes! Go to clients --> client list and tap New Client.

What are client check-in notes?

These are small notes you can write on the client so that anyone else helping the customer can learn a little bit more information about them. These notes are not visible to your customers.

Ideas such as this include special guests and interest in retail /sales etc.

How can my customer edit their own profile information?

They may edit this information themselves by going to your website and logging in the upper right hand corner.
