Comments are the perfect way to build community for your customers. You can turn-on comments to create community between members of the community + receive feedback. By default comments are turned OFF.
Currently only members with access to the video can read + post comments.
You also have the power to view + delete comments from your dashboard or directly from the video player.
How to turn on video commenting for your video library
To turn on commenting tap on client list --> comments or go here.

When your video is unlocked, members can post a comment under each video or add a reply.
How to manage + moderate comments
You can view + delete comments from your video directly on the player (see image above) or from your dashboard. Tap on view or delete to view a comment or remove a post if it's not within your business guidelines.
