Walk-In Sale

In the point of sale, you can process sales for customers without having to create an account for them 😊


To do this, go to Dashboard > Point of Sale > Create a walk-in sale:

  • Add retail products or gift cards to the cart (class packs, subscriptions, tips, etc. are restricted)

  • For gift cards, enter a confirmation email to send purchase details

  • Process payment via card, terminal, or cash (card info does not get saved on the Walk-In Client's profile)

Refunding payment on Walk-In Sale

  1. Go to Clients and search "Walk-in Client"

  2. Click on the payment

  3. Select "Refund Payment"
