What is an intro offer
An intro offer is a package or subscription that can be purchased one time. This is great for offering new students an opportunity to try your services OR a chance for existing clients to try a different service or test potential membership packages.
New students only: Client who has never made a purchase with the business
New + existing students: Any client, can only be purchased once To modify eligibility settings for intro offers, navigate to Settings > Pricing Options, select the specific intro offer, and change the eligibility toggle to "New & Existing Students." This allows existing students to purchase the intro offer.
How to create a 7 day free trial (video below):
Setup > Pricing
Tap Add New > subscription
Check the option to Make This an Intro offer
7 Day Free Trial for subscriptions If a client’s intro offer is pending activation and they want to book a virtual or on-demand class:
Activate the Offer Through Attendance:
Have the client attend and be checked into their first eligible class to activate the offer.
Adjust Enrollment for Earlier Activation:
If the offer is tied to a future-dated class, either:
Wait until the activation date to book.
Adjust the enrollment by removing the future class and enrolling the client in an earlier class.
